Tasks:
1. Analyze and gather business requirements from specialist departments
2. Create and maintain requirements, user stories, and use cases for Wowinex
3. Contribute to the further development and optimization of the ERP software
4. Coordinate with development teams regarding the functional implementation
5. Support the testing process (e.g., test planning, execution, documentation)
6. Evaluate new requirements in terms of feasibility and impact
7. Prepare and conduct customer workshops for requirements clarification
8. Coordinate interface requirements and extensions

Profile:
10. Completed commercial or technical training, university degree, or comparable qualification
11. Knowledge of housing industry processes
12. Experience in requirements management, ideally in an ERP environment
13. Understanding of software development and structured requirements work
14. Analytical thinking and a structured, reliable working style
15. Strong communication skills and the ability to formulate requirements clearly
16. Initial practical experience in test management is an advantage
17. Very good knowledge of German
