We are looking for our client for a Technical Asset Manager – Real Estate to join their asset management team in Hamburg. In this role, you will be responsible for the technical management and value enhancement of a diversified commercial real estate portfolio, with a strong focus on office and other income-generating asset classes.
You will act as the key interface between asset management, property management, and external service providers, ensuring optimal technical performance, cost efficiency, and long-term asset value development
