We're looking for a seasoned expert to join our team and take charge of integrating new analytical devices from concept to implementation. You'll work closely with plant laboratory heads and technicians to ensure seamless integration with SAP/QM.
About the Role
* Create data pipelines to connect plant laboratory instruments and integrate them with BASF standard instrument connections.
* Develop and manage data pipelines to integrate plant laboratory instruments and take care of BASF standard instrument connection as well as integration to SAP/QM.
* Support tests from analytical devices to SAP/QM (if necessary, directly in the lab).
Requirements
* Degree in computer science or information technology with experience in Lab Automation and Analytical Devices.
* In-depth knowledge of supply chain processes, change management, and experience in process as well as data modeling.
* Ideal experience with SAP/QM and proficient in using tools like SAP R/3, S/4 Hana, and SAP/QM.
* Familiarity with agile delivery methods such as Scrum and utilization of work organization tools like Azure DevOps for efficient collaboration and timely project delivery.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and German which define you as an effective team player.
