* Client Acquisition & Relationship Building
o Actively identify and engage potential clients in the packaging and infrastructure sectors.
o Understand client sustainability challenges and translate them into tailored solutions.
o Build long-term partnerships based on mutual value, environmental performance, and innovation.
* Value Proposition Development
o Translate technical sustainability solutions into clear, business-relevant value propositions.
o Collaborate with marketing and product teams to articulate and promote differentiators in the German market.
* Cross-Selling & Portfolio Growth
o Identify cross-selling opportunities across business units (e.g., materials, waste management, digital platforms).
o Act as a central coordinator for multi-disciplinary solution offerings, driving integrated sustainability value.
* Sustainability & Innovation Strategy
o Develop and implement market entry and expansion strategies for sustainable packaging and infrastructure offerings.
o Monitor market trends, customer behavior, and sustainability legislation to identify innovation opportunities.
* Regulatory and Technical Alignment
o Ensure all solutions are compliant with relevant German and EU regulations (e.g., VerpackG, PPWR, CSRD).
o Coordinate with technical experts to ensure feasibility and scalability of proposed solutions.
* Reporting & Internal Communication
o Provide regular updates on business pipeline, deal progression, and client feedback.
o Support internal alignment on client priorities, sustainability KPIs, and commercial objectives.
Qualifikationen
* Degree in Business Administration, Environmental Sciences, Sustainability, Engineering, or similar
* 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, key account management, or business development in the packaging, infrastructure, or sustainability sector.
* Proven track record in building client relationships, creating value-driven proposals, and closing cross-functional deals.
* Deep understanding of sustainability frameworks, ESG trends, and circular economy principles.
* Fluent in German and English.
