Job Title: HCM Solution Architect – Core HR, ORC, Compensation, Benefits, Talent, Learn, Fast Formulas Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and strategic HCM Solution Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Oracle Cloud HCM solutions, covering Core HR, Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC), Compensation, Benefits, Talent, Learn, and Fast Formulas. The ideal candidate will serve as a trusted advisor, collaborating with business and technical teams to deliver scalable, future-proof solutions aligned with enterprise goals. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end solution architecture for Oracle Cloud HCM modules: Core HR, ORC, Compensation, Benefits, Talent Management, and Learning. Design and review HCM configurations, workflows, business processes, and integrations. Develop and validate complex Fast Formulas for eligibility, validation, and calculation logic across HCM modules. Act as the subject matter expert (SME) in Oracle HCM Cloud and provide functional and technical leadership to delivery teams. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into solution designs and integration strategies. Drive best practices, standardization, and innovation across implementations and enhancements. Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across all HCM touchpoints. Support testing, cutover, go-live, and post-production activities. Stay current with Oracle HCM Cloud updates and roadmap to guide customers on leveraging new features effectively. Required Skills & Experience: 10 years of overall experience in HCM systems with 5 years in Oracle Cloud HCM. Proven hands-on experience across the following modules: Core HR Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) Compensation and Benefits Talent Management and Learning Fast Formulas (Eligibility, Validation, Calculation, Payroll-related logic) Strong understanding of business process flows in HR, talent lifecycle, and compliance. Experience with HCM Data Loader (HDL), BI Publisher, and HCM Extracts is a plus. Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as lead functional teams. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
