We are looking for a Strategy Manager (f/m/d) focused on global business operations in a full-time role in Germany, Switzerland or the United Kingdom. In this exciting position you will be a valued member of our Radiation Oncology Solutions Global Supply Chain Excellence team play a pivotal role in defining and executing the cross-functional strategy of the Supply Chain Management organization.

Your Tasks And Responsibilities
Drive the development, alignment, and execution of the global Supply Chain Management (SCM) strategy, ensuring strong linkage to overarching business objectives.
Translate strategic business goals into actionable SCM roadmaps, initiatives, and investment priorities that enable operational excellence.
Assess current‑state supply chain performance and design robust future‑state operating models, incorporating best practices, industry benchmarks, and innovative approaches.
Identify and evaluate opportunities to enhance productivity, agility, and resilience, leveraging process, technology, and organizational improvements.
Define, monitor, and continuously refine KPIs and performance metrics to measure supply chain effectiveness, efficiency, and strategic impact.
Synthesize insights and prepare high‑quality strategic recommendations for senior leadership, enabling informed decision‑making on key supply chain matters.
Serve as a strategic thought partner to Supply Chain Management leaders and cross‑functional stakeholders, facilitating alignment, collaboration, and coherent execution across teams.
Lead complex, cross‑functional transformation initiatives, including process redesign, capability building, and organizational optimization.
Support digitalization and automation initiatives in close collaboration with IT and global functions, ensuring technology adoption drives measurable business value.
Assess global supply chain risks across capacity, sourcing, logistics, geopolitical dependencies, and demand variability, ensuring proactive scenario planning.
Develop and execute comprehensive mitigation strategies to strengthen resilience, flexibility, and continuity of supply.
Your Qualifications And Experience
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field with similar focus
Multiple years of proven experience in supply chain management, preferably in a global operations environment (healthcare or medical device industry is a plus)
Demonstrated ability to effectively lead teams, build consensus, and drive collaboration across diverse functional areas
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement and achieving operational excellence
Fluency in English, written and spoken, German is an advantage
Willingness to travel up to 10-20%
