We are seeking a skilled relationship manager to drive business growth and client engagement.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, a strong network of contacts, and a deep understanding of financial markets.
Key responsibilities include:
* Developing and implementing strategic initiatives to acquire new clients and expand relationships with existing and prospective clients.
* Accountable for acquiring new clients and driving business growth in key target segments.
* Close collaboration with Business Partners and Business Introducers to enhance market reach and client engagement.
* Identifying and addressing client needs and preferences, offering suitable products and services.
* Ensuring the accurate execution of client instructions to maintain a high level of service quality.
* Staying updated on developments in financial markets and ensuring the bank's investment strategy is faithfully executed.
Requirements:
* Relevant degree of financial education and certifications.
* A background in Corporate banking/Corporate Finance is considered an asset.
* Fluency in English is mandatory.
* Proven experience and expertise in Private Banking, Business development, and relationship management.
* Strong network of mortgage brokers would be a strong advantage.
* Strong knowledge of products and services in Private Banking/Wealth Management.
* Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build sustainable relationships.
* A high level of integrity and ethics.
* Proven negotiation skills.
* Growth mindset and ability to work effectively in a team.
* Display a strong client-centric and results-driven mindset.
* Possess a strong inclination towards teamwork and ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders.
* Demonstrate readiness and capability to undertake travel.
* Exhibit robust IT skills, with a preference for advanced proficiency in Avaloq.
