Support the HR Operations team in driving operational excellence by contributing to employment contracts, employee transfers, and remuneration measures. Participate in recruitment activities including resume screening, interview scheduling, and participating in interviews. Develop and update forms and templates for our document library.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field is required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential. Attention to detail and ability to work independently are also necessary qualifications. Fluency in German and very good English language skills are mandatory.
