As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you won’t just be filling roles—you’ll be a strategic partner to our leadership, bridging the gap between market trends, candidate potential, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition (Strategy & Recruiting)
You’ll work across multiple staffing areas, including:
* Talent Evaluation & Screening: Reviewing resumes, conducting screening interviews, testing/ranking candidates, checking references, providing feedback to unsuccessful applicants.
* Job Advertising & Posting: Developing job descriptions, posting on internal/external sites, working with external recruiting agencies.
* Talent Prospecting: Representing the company at employment fairs, engaging in campus recruiting, building sourcing networks and talent pipelines.
* Talent Staffing & Planning: Forecasting hiring needs, aligning hiring strategies with workforce planning, analysing labour market trends.
Recruiting Execution
* Manage full-cycle recruitment for local positions from profile alignment to final hiring, ensuring compliance with internal policies and local laws.
* Independently drive recruiting processes with minimal supervision.
* Develop and implement sourcing strategies to identify and engage passive and hard-to-reach talent.
* Use modern platforms and tools to source, engage, and convert top candidates.
* Ensure an excellent candidate experience and represent the company's employer brand authentically.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including HR Business Partners, Employer Branding, and external agencies to continuously evolve our recruitment approach.
Advisory & Market Intelligence
* Provide strategic advice to hiring managers based on labour market data and trends.
* Position our employer brand effectively within the market.
* Support the business with data-driven recruitment recommendations and hiring insights.
Collaboration & Coaching
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders across regional and global HR functions.
* Coach and support junior professionals as needed.
* Contribute to process optimisation initiatives within Talent Acquisition.
Your Qualifications
* Completed university degree, ideally in HR, Business, Psychology, or Communications.
* 3–5+ years of recruiting experience, ideally in an international industrial or tech environment.
* Strong in stakeholder engagement with both candidates and hiring managers.
* Able to work independently, prioritise effectively, and maintain structure in dynamic settings.
* Demonstrated ability to understand people, market dynamics, and hiring trends.
* Advanced knowledge of sourcing, ATS platforms (Workday knowledge is a strong plus), and recruitment strategy.
* Languages: Native/Bilingual German and professional-level English are mandatory.

* Start Date: Immediate availability preferred, ideally by early September
* Work Flexibility: 1-day office attendance in Mannheim on Fridays preferred; up to 100% remote considered
