Tasks
About the Role
We’re looking for a Founding Engineer to join us in building the future of skincare AI — no matter your background or gender identity, if you’re excited about our mission, we’d love to hear from you. While this is a founding-level role, day-to-day it’s a mix of senior full-stack engineering, product thinking, and a bias for shipping.
* Build product end-to-end (frontend + backend)
* You own the stack - You take responsibility over the codebase and move with urgency/high velocity.
* Write and connect APIs, work with Supabase and other microservices
* Deploy webapps to AWS, currently with infra in ECS and Amplify
* Collaborate closely with CEO and CTO on product development, access domain-knowledge from our dermatologist CMO
* Join a small, hands-on team where everyone still wears multiple hats

* Frontend: Next.js, React, TypeScript
* Backend: Python, Supabase, Node
* Infra: AWS (ECS, Amplify), Clerk, GitHub
* AI: PyTorch, OpenAI
* Product Analytics: Posthog

* You’re a senior engineer with strong full-stack experience

* You want to work in person in Berlin with a small, driven team
* Bonus: you've worked with AR, computer vision, camera-intensive web applications, or Next.js before

* You strongly prefer working fully remotely (we’re mostly on-site in Berlin + Potsdam)
* You’re just starting out and haven’t worked on software teams yet
