At our Heidelberg location, we are currently looking for a motivated and committed Controller (m/f/d) to help us take our controlling department to the next level.
Main Tasks
* Updating KPIs and sending various management reports (daily sales, overdue receivables, maintenance costs, balanced score card, monthly results)
* Preparing the daily sales and inventory report independently
* Internal clarification of controlling-related issues
* Preparation of raw data from various data sources (mainly Excel and SAP)
* Support with investment calculations and product costings
* Checking and approving purchase requisitions
* Very good knowledge of business management correlations (warehousing, cash flow, standard costs, productivity)
* Support with internal compliance (SOX) documentation
Qualification
* Completed business studies, preferably with a focus on finance
* First work experience
* Fluid Knowledge in German, Good knowledge of English (both verbally and written)
* Very good knowledge of MS Excel
* Self-initiative and willingness to learn
* Ability to work independently and on your own responsibility
* Good communication skills
* Ability to work in a team
