Responsibilities:
* Capture strategic demand, plan application & technology landscape, and manage the architecture roadmap for the Energy Markets function.
* Facilitate EM Change Governance (e.g., Lead Architects Group, EM Portfolio Increment process).
* Own the Energy Markets Digital Technology strategy and roadmap aligned with business and central DT strategies.
* Control EM Digital Technology spending, act as the interface to the EM business and E.ON Digital Technology controlling functions, and support the MTP process of the Energy Markets (Digital Technology) function.
* Serve as the single point of contact for group-wide architecture, information security, and technology initiatives (e.g., CERT, EAM).
* Enable information security and data protection processes within E.ON Energy Markets.
Profile:
* Academic degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or equivalent.
* At least 8+ years of professional IT/Digital or Business experience, with a minimum of 3+ years in management/leadership roles.
* Excellent knowledge and experience in enterprise and solution architecture design and project delivery.
* Comprehensive experience in financial and project controlling, strategy development, and change management.
* Knowledge of EAM, Agile project delivery, and the energy trading business and IT landscape.
* Profound experience in developing and managing IT architecture and roadmaps across locations.
* Experience working in international and complex environments.
* Proven track record in managing change involving technical, commercial, contractual, and organizational aspects.
* Strong intercultural communication and international management skills.
