Your tasks
6. Administration and 2nd level support for IT systems used worldwide (e.g. LIMS) as well as cooperation in the maintenance and technical support of computer systems and analytical equipment in the laboratory environment in close coordination with the division manager
7. Optimization and development of new IT concepts in accordance with internal and external guidelines in interface with the IT department as well as independent creation of SLC documents
8. Supporting IT systems to ensure their functionality for the department (e.g. LIMS), including continuous monitoring and improvement of IT concepts
9. Acting as an interface to various departments within and outside the division
10. Specialist in the context of acquisition, sample and data management for internal and cross-departmental workflows and support of the respective IT systems
11. Collaboration in cross-departmental IT projects as well as collaboration in cross-departmental project work for the validation and qualification of laboratory equipment
Your profile
12. Completed diploma or master's degree in chemistry, biochemistry, pharmacy, IT or a comparable scientific field or a comparable qualification with several years of practical experience in the GxP laboratory environment with computerized analysis systems and software applications
13. Very good knowledge of system administration
14. Confident PC skills (Windows), IT affinity and further knowledge of information processing
15. Very good command of written and spoken English
16. Good knowledge of German
17. A structured and careful way of working as well as good communication and teamwork skills
