About the Role
As a senior leader, you will be responsible for driving growth and excellence across various aspects of our organization. This includes overseeing profitability, team performance, and strategic initiatives while ensuring the continued success of our members and events.
You will need to balance commercial discipline with community and event excellence to keep our organization both financially strong and culturally vibrant.
* Leadership & Strategy: Develop and execute multi-year strategies, build high-performing teams, and drive OKR-based performance.
* Commercial Growth, Partnerships & BD: Grow revenue through pricing, pipeline management, and contract optimization, forge partnerships to secure sponsorships and co-branded programs.
* Community & Programming: Curate admissions, run workshops, meetups, demo days, and residencies, champion member success across our network.
* Operations, Facilities & Events: Ensure daily excellence across all floors, optimize space utilization, manage vendors, and coordinate event programming to drive repeat business.
* Marketing & Brand: Elevate our presence through content, PR, newsletters, and social media, uphold brand standards across on-site and online touchpoints.
* Administration: Coordinate with accountants, handle invoicing and collections, contracts, lease, insurance, and compliance.
