The Customer Service Manager plays a pivotal role in leading the Customer Service team, ensuring seamless order-to-cash operations and upholding exceptional service standards.
* They will oversee KPIs, spearhead continuous improvement initiatives, and enhance service quality and process efficiency across regions.
* As liaison between headquarters, SBUs, logistics teams, and external customers, they will facilitate Supply Chain projects through cross-functional coordination.
Key Qualifications:
* Proven expertise in customer service operations within manufacturing or B2B environments.
* Sound knowledge of order-to-cash processes, logistics flows, and claims management.
* Proficiency in SAP (SD module preferred) and CRM systems (Salesforce Service Cloud desirable).
