YOUR TASKS
* You are responsible for the entire marketing cycle, from conception and independent implementation to performance evaluation of various high-volume B2C advertising materials and cross-channel campaigns for the largest partner in the PAYBACK network
* You are familiar with the specifics of mobile, offline, and online channels and coordinate advertising materials with internal departments as well as external stakeholders (agencies and partners)
* You derive optimization potential from performance metrics to increase partner performance
* You manage goal-oriented project management of cross-functional teams to successfully implement innovative marketing concepts
* You are skilled at creating executive-ready presentations and can deliver them appropriately to various stakeholders, especially to the partner you are responsible for managing
YOUR PROFILE
* You have a university degree with a focus on marketing or a comparable qualification
* You have several years of professional experience 96 at least 5 years 96 in marketing (B2C) or related fields on the company side, preferably in the retail sector
* You have a senior demeanor, assertiveness, strategic thinking, and are service- and results-oriented
* You possess strong creative and conceptual skills, quickly and effectively grasp complex matters, and are consistently results-driven
* You have a hands-on mentality and strong presentation skills
* You are familiar with concepts such as KPIs, CPO, CPM, and Customer Journey
