At Belimo in Großröhrsdorf, you will have the opportunity to actively shape and optimise the Learning Management System (LMS). In this versatile role as Learning Solution Manager, you will support stakeholders, analyse training needs and ensure an effective training structure - all in an international environment with a high level of personal responsibility. What You'll Do Administration and monitoring of the LMS, including data cleansing, technical support and maintenance of participant lists Supporting stakeholders in identifying training needs and advising on the development of training concepts and strategies Creating reports and templates, analysing evaluation results and making them available to stakeholders Setting up new training tasks, managing training groups and coordinating and analysing training evaluations Creating and distributing training certificates and resetting training status when required Ensuring the quality standards of LMS training materials, updating training descriptions and content or supporting stakeholders in this area Coordinating training needs and objectives, conducting needs analyses and ensuring the accuracy of training data by working closely with stakeholders Collecting feedback, monitoring training outcomes and validating complex training behaviour through comprehensive testing in the LMS Who You Are You have a degree in education, psychology, business administration or a technical field Ideally, you have knowledge of training and further education formats in the field of adult education You have a sound understanding of learning management systems (LMS) and their use You are characterised by independent and goal-oriented work with a focus on priorities and deadlines You are able to create reports, manage training data and ensure system quality You are fluent in English, ideally supplemented by German or other language skills Intercultural competence, strong communication and presentation skills are among your strengths You have organisational, project management and problem-solving skills and impress with your flexibility and customer focus Who We Are At Belimo, we take pride in making our company a rewarding place to work.
