We are looking for a C1–C2 German speaker to join a Customer Support / Digital Operations team based in Greece. This is a great opportunity to build your international career while living in one of Europe's most iconic lifestyle destinations.

Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone
- Provide clear and effective support in German
- Ensure high-quality customer experience
- Work closely with international teams
- Maintain service standards in daily operations
Requirements:
- C1–C2 German
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Customer-oriented mindset
- Valid work permit in Greece required
- Ability to work remotely from Greece or on-site in Athens
- Previous experience in customer support is a plus, but not required
