Your Tasks & Responsibilities
* Project Financing: Preparation and processing of all necessary documents for the financing of our wind energy projects.
* Capital Management: Decision-ready preparation of all investment and financing issues within the group.
* Banking Relations: Handling bank master data, including account openings, contracts, and signature cards.
* Innovation: Evaluation of the financial feasibility of new business models.
* Corporate Structures: Participation in the management of cooperative (Genossenschaft) structures.
* Capital Measures: Support with distributions, capital measures, and finance topics related to cooperative law.
* Reporting: Preparation of finance-relevant resolutions and documents for internal and external committees.
* Operations: Liquidity planning, project financing, and ongoing support for group companies.
Requirements
* Education: Degree as a Banking Specialist (Bankfachwirt / Bankbetriebswirt) or a commercial degree with a focus on finance (or a comparable course of study).
* Experience: Professional experience in corporate finance; alternatively, a high degree of willingness to learn and specialize in this field.
* Skills: Practical certainty in handling capital market theory and a genuine passion for working with numbers.
* Analytical Mindset: Excellent comprehension skills to quickly grasp complex issues, analyze them precisely, and prepare them for specific target audiences.
