Your role
1. Lead and support cross-functional initiatives across supply chain planning, network optimization, transportation and warehousing cost reduction, and inventory management.
2. Act as a versatile, hands-on contributor within the Supply Chain Excellence Team, flexibly adapting to changing business priorities and project requirements.
3. Assess, develop, and recommend optimization initiatives, including network consolidation, delivery concepts, and transportation strategy enhancements.
4. Analyze end-to-end supply chain data to identify cost-saving opportunities, efficiency improvements, and service level enhancements.
5. Drive the evaluation, optimization, and continuous improvement of end-to-end supply chain systems and processes.
6. Support and enhance supply chain planning and logistics processes, ensuring alignment between demand and operational execution through advanced planning solutions.
7. Contribute to the design, development, and deployment of supply chain tools and digital solutions.
8. Collaborate with global and regional business teams to align initiatives, share best practices, and ensure consistent execution across regions.
9. Provide analytical insights and decision support for strategic initiatives within the global supply chain organization.
10. Work closely with IT and data teams to implement or improve tools supporting network transparency, automation, and decision-making capabilities.
11. Define, monitor, and report on key performance indicators related to cost efficiency, process performance, responsiveness, and service quality.
12. Support change management activities to ensure successful implementation of new processes, tools, and systems, driving user adoption and resolving transition challenges.
Your profile
13. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline; MBA preferred.
14. Extensive professional experience in end-to-end supply chain operations, ideally within a multinational or global environment.
15. Strong expertise in supply chain planning, warehousing, and logistics operations.
16. Proven experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP), as well as WMS, TMS, and APS solutions.
17. Strong analytical capabilities with a demonstrated track record in data-driven decision-making and cost/savings analysis.
18. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, combined with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
19. Willingness to travel 10–20%, depending on project requirements.
20. Fluent in English; additional languages are considered an advantage.
