About your role
You will work as a team manager in the FFB IT Governance Team within the FFB Technology department. Main aspects of your role are:
1. Taking responsibility within the 1st line of defense within FFB IT Operations
2. Ensuring the operational safeguarding of FFB IT landscape
3. Working closely with the FFB ISO and other 2nd line of defense functions with FFB and Fidelity Group
You will report into the Team Manager ICT Security Operations within IT Governance team.

6. have in depth knowledge of German and international financial service regulation (e.g. MaRisk, BAIT, DORA, …)
7. worked in an oversight role in the financial industry (2nd or 1st Line of Defense)
8. have robust knowledge about information security best practices including policies, guidelines and standards
9. have a robust knowledge on relevant actual technical solutions regarding IT Security environments
10. have very good analytical and problem resolution skills
11. have strong communication skills across hierarchical levels and teams
12. have excellent language skills in German and English language (both written and oral)
