What you’ll be doing
You’ll drive our growth in Germany by identifying, securing, and shaping new restaurant locations from idea to opening.
* Driving expansion & growth
You own the pipeline of new store openings in Germany, identifying and securing high-potential locations that fit our growth ambitions. You work closely with internal teams, brokers, and developers to bring opportunities to life.
* From site to opening
You manage the full acquisition process — from first site assessment through to building permit — and stay involved during construction until handover. Using market insights and trade area analysis, you make smart, data-driven decisions.
* Building partnerships
You build strong, long-term relationships with landlords, developers, and investors, and collaborate seamlessly with Construction, Operations, and international teams, including Yum! Brands.
* Making the business case
You prepare and present investment proposals and site approval packs, while continuously optimizing layouts and commercial performance.
This is you
You’re a dealmaker with a strategic mindset. You know how to balance commercial thinking with real-world execution — and you’re not afraid to take ownership.
* You have 5+ years of experience in real estate, retail, QSR, or development
* You understand the end-to-end development process
* You’re commercially sharp and comfortable with ROI-driven decision making
* You combine analytical thinking with strong intuition
* You’re a confident communicator and negotiator
* You enjoy working in a fast-moving, international environment
* Fluent in German and English (must-have)
