CSG Talent is partnering confidentially with a global consumer technology business to appoint a Brand Manager EMEA. This is a high-impact regional role within a fast-growing, international organisation operating across both retail and e-commerce channels.
The Opportunity
This role offers true EMEA brand ownership, working at the intersection of global brand strategy and local market execution. You will play a key role in shaping how the brand shows up across multiple European markets, leading integrated campaigns, product launches, and seasonal moments.
Key Responsibilities
1. Localise global brand positioning into actionable strategies for EMEA markets
2. Lead the development and execution of regional brand campaigns and product launches
3. Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints
4. Act as the brand lead for creative development, agency briefings, and internal approvals
5. Collaborate closely with global HQ, local country teams, sales, and trade marketing
6. Monitor brand health, campaign KPIs, and share of voice across markets
7. Use insights and performance data to optimise future campaigns and build best-practice playbooks
Candidate Profile
8. 5+ years' experience in brand management or marketing, ideally within consumer goods
9. Proven experience working across multiple EMEA markets
10. Strong balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution
11. Experience operating in matrixed, international organisations
12. Confident managing agencies and cross-functional stakeholders
13. Solid understanding of retail, e-commerce, and omni-channel brand building
14. Data-driven, commercially aware, and creatively minded
15. Fluent English required; additional European languages a plus
