OverviewWe are looking for a Head of Marketing to join our Revenue team. As Head of Marketing you will be responsible for all marketing activities, such as branding, product marketing, website updates and revisions, sales pitches and slides, Inbound and Outbound communications, PR and Events both for Hispanic LATAM and Brazil. You will also lead and manage a growing team of marketing professionals.About RetargetlyRetargetly is the leading data platform in Latin America; an AdTech company that does business in eleven countries and has offices in five, satisfying data needs for consumers in the entire region. Most of our clients are the largest companies in LATAM and we assist them in achieving better results in their campaigns using technology, data and audiences.Requirements+5 years of experience in Leading Senior level Marketing Teams+4 years of experience with B2B MarketingOutstanding communications skills to explain and translate complex technical concepts into simple and intuitive communications.Must be able to coordinate across many teams and iterate and deliver in a fast-moving startup environment.Proven experience managing teams across multiple languages, cultures and timezones.Being self-directed and working with mínimal supervision.Data-driven, use data to measure results and inform decision making and strategy development.Experience with Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) offerings as well as the Adtech industry.Experience designing sales materials from scratch based on sales conversations, sales calls, product interviews, user interviews, market research and your own experience.Adept at team building and expanding as well as trouble solvingKnowledge of CRM, Sales and Inbound content creationWebsite and CRO Funnel and landing page creationExperience with managing & producing audiovisual contentExperience or has worked with Design and Product developmentHas worked with or implemented paid ads in Google FB and Linkedin.Must: Native or Bilingual level EnglishExperience working with Brazil and competence in Portuguese is a plusResponsibilitiesDevelop and plan Marketing strategies for the growth of a B2B SaaS Business in the Ad-tech space.Develop product marketing collateral such as website pages, blogs, white papers, webinars, videos, decks, and data sheets supporting the buyer's journey.Partner with sales, product management, customer success, and engineering teams to refine and evolve our product communications as well as increase our Inbound traffic towards our site.Provide and develop measurable, data and analytics for the acquisition of our products and services. Expand the usage of our audiences, products and services.Manage the PR team for LATAM and Brazil, managing event appearances in other key industry events, interviews in key press and media platforms, as well as managing self-organized events under our own brand of events (Future Data Ecosystems, DataTours)Identify and define the key value drivers which differentiate Retargetly in the market.Research and defining our buyer and user personas, their specific needs, pain points, and goals that we can help address.Research, document, and operationalize particular customer use cases and problems that Retargetly solves.Participate and contribute to field and industry events as a Retargetly evangelist.Create campaign messaging and content as required to support ongoing marketing initiatives.Manage the development of customer case studies and webinars that help to demonstrate the value of Retargetly for our customers.Develop the Paid ads strategy and execute the efforts in each platform which is relevant for us (Linkedin, Google and Facebook.)Increase and develop video content pertaining to our brand in our various channels (Youtube and Vimeo), promote and continue to translate content made in all three languages (English, Portuguese and Spanish)What it’s like to work at RetargetlyWe have a transparent work culture, in which we appreciate proactivity and feedback.
