Role Title: Investment Banking Associate (Level 1 or 2)
Job Summary
Plays an integral role in the Investment Banking department's activities, maintaining a high level of responsibility as a member of a specific industry-focused team. Formulates new business proposals, develops company forecasts and valuations, evaluates merger and acquisition scenarios and prepares documents related to the public issuance of stock. Works on every aspect of the transaction process. Mentors and coaches Investment Banking Analysts, as applicable.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
* Assist with the execution of M&A, financing transactions, financial modelling, industry and comparable company analysis.
* Prepare and deliver standard presentations, tailored presentations and pitches to clients.
* Produce factual and accurate information to the client.
* Provide management support to analyst bankers through training, mentoring and evaluating performance potential.
* Seek opportunities for development through the role, special assignments, training, or external activities.
* Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

* Investment concepts, practices and procedures used in the securities industry.
* Concepts, practices and procedures of Tax and Accounting.
* Financial markets and products.

* Operating standard office equipment and using required software application to produce correspondence, reports, electronic communication, and spreadsheets.

Educational/Previous Experience Requirements
* Bachelor’s Degree in related field and a minimum of three (3) years of experience in Investment Banking.
* MBA Degree with experience in Investment Banking preferred.

* Required licenses per country’s requirement.
