The mission of the thermal systems business group is to develop and manufacture systems, modules and components to ensure thermal energy management of the power train and comfort for each passenger, during all phases of vehicle use. These systems help to significantly reduce fuel consumption, CO2 emissions and other pollutants and harmful particles from vehicles equipped with internal combustion engines. They also increase travel range and battery life for hybrid and electric vehicles. At the Front Office in Bietigheim-Bissingen we are supporting Sale- and Project activities and compose the interface between the customers Daimler and Valeo-internal departments at the development from Thermal Systems.
Tasks
* You will be responsible for leading continuous improvement initiatives within the department, which will involve analyzing current operational processes, identifying areas for optimization, and supporting the implementation of best practices and new tools.

Profile
* You are graduated from a Master degree in Engineering, Continuous Improvement, Project Management or Supply Chain
* You already have experience in project management, continuous improvement, or process analysis (ideally in the automotive field)
* You have a fluent level of English and ideally you have a good command of German
* You have good communication skills, have an international mindset and are open-minded to new cultures and new ways of working and thinking
* You are humble, listening, positive attitude oriented, professional, and have the sense of diplomacy
