About the role

We are looking for a motivated intern (m/f/d) who is eager to take on responsibility and help us take customer satisfaction to the next level.
Your responsibilities
1. Order management in SAP: Ensuring, processing, and managing incoming customer orders
2. Quality check: Monitoring delivery dates, article numbers, EANs, and minimum quantities in close coordination with our customers
3. Proactive communication: Supporting during supply shortages and new product launches
4. Complaint handling: Checking quantity and price discrepancies and processing them in SAP
5. Data maintenance: Entering reimbursements and handling customer inquiries
6. Process optimization: Contributing to improvements with KPIs in mind
7. Teamwork: Close collaboration with internal departments and active development of customer relationships
The experience we're looking for
8. Currently studying business, logistics, supply chain, or a comparable field
9. Interest in processes, data, and customer communication
10. Confident use of MS Office; initial SAP knowledge is a plus
11. Initiative, organizational skills, and team spirit
12. Fluent in German and English
