This includes: Setting and executing strategic brand direction in line with global strategy to achieve growth, profit, and market share targets. Leading portfolio development, lifecycle management, and new product/indication launches. Designing and delivering marketing campaigns, scalable assets, and education strategies to elevate brand value. Partnering with divisional, portfolio, and local marketing teams to build annual marketing plans and long-term portfolio roadmaps. Driving customer engagement through congresses, events, KOL development, and medical education programs. Building strong relationships with sales, internal stakeholders, and key customers to increase brand perception and adoption. Providing data-driven insights on brand performance and defining corrective actions when needed. Acting as a key partner in developing the portfolio through innovation, M&A, and line extensions. This role requires strategic courage and marketing excellence to bring clarity and focus to a high-potential part of the business.
