As Head of Labor Relations, Compensation & Benefits (m/f/d), you will be responsible for ensuring innovative working conditions in terms of remuneration, benefits and working time models. In particular, you will
* independently develop the compensation and benefits landscape and coordinate and manage the compensation processes
* manage the remuneration policy by planning and setting targets for budget and forecast processes in close coordination with management
* be responsible for the overall annual remuneration process and for increasing the efficiency of processes
* continuously optimise the People & Culture processes and tools in your area of responsibility, particularly with regard to standardisation, digitalisation and service orientation
* manage sub-areas such as employment contract management, data collection and payroll accounting with the team leaders for our locations
* strategically lead health and safety initiatives and implement guidelines to create a safe working environment
Preferred Profile
* successfully completed business studies with a focus on HR management, economics or a comparable qualification
* several years of professional experience in the area of Compensation & Benefits and People Services
* experience in managing interdisciplinary projects and familiarity with German labour laws and regulations as well as previous cooperation with works councils is desirable
* ability to build, maintain and influence trusting relationships with various stakeholders as well as a strategic and analytical mindset to interpret compensation data, market trends and HR analyses
* independent personality with strong leadership skills, commercial acumen and the ability to navigate a complex and dynamic business environment
* very good written and spoken German and English skills
