The Employment Law team advises both employers and employees on everything from contracts and compliance to collective employment law, particularly focused on M&A, restructurings, pensions and employee incentives.
What You’ll Do:
* Advise clients on employment rights, disputes, and compliance
* Draft and review employment contracts, policies, and settlement agreements
* Represent clients in Employment Tribunals and negotiations
* Complex restructuring and reorganization - with regards to M&A
* Collective bargaining
* Litigation
