As a Paid Search/SEA Coordinator, you will be responsible for executing and measuring paid search marketing initiatives to drive scalable growth. Your primary focus will be on optimizing SEM strategies to increase site traffic and improve conversion rates efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement strategies for keyword targeting, campaign structure, and audience segmentation.
* Lead the execution of Shopping, Performance Max (PMax), and Max Search strategies across global marketplaces.
* Design and implement global A/B testing for ad copy and visual templates.
* Generate reports on key metrics, goal tracking, and revenue performance.
* Partner with the CRO manager to enhance landing page conversion rates.
* Align paid search efforts with SEO strategies for a unified search approach.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree or higher (MBA, M.A., M.S., or equivalent preferred).
* Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in paid search marketing.
* Proficiency with tools such as Google Ads Editor, Microsoft Ads Editor, and SA360 (DoubleClick Search).
* Demonstrated experience in building, executing, and scaling SEM programs from the ground up.
* Business-level fluency in written and spoken English.
