Recruitment
* Coordinate with the Head of the Departments for manpower planning.
* Search for suitable candidates with the help of advertisements in company website, recruitment agencies and online portals and make sure the availability of qualified applicants.
* Initial screening of applications, liaise with concerned hiring managers and organise interviews.
* Maintain a record of the recruitment activates (details of the candidates interviewed, short –listed, their application status etc.).
* Final Selection and preparation of employment contract.
Group Medical Insurance
* Maintaining a record of Group Medical Insurance (Addition of new employees and family members into the scheme and deletion at the time of termination of employment contracts).
* Point of contact for employees in case of queries.
* Coordinate with the Insurance company and Follow up on medical insurance claims of employees.
* Support HR & Communications Manager in developing and implementing HR & Administration policies, procedures and workflows.
* Update the Personal and Employment records of employees in HRMS and maintain updated personnel files.
* Leave Management - Maintain the records of annual / sick / maternity / emergency leaves of employees.
* Support annual air ticket encashment process by:
* Checking the air fares online and preparing the airfare table for encashment based on the fares collected for three different seasons.
* Support in succession planning.
* Performance review of employees under probation period - close monitoring and coordination with the department heads for the performance review of new joiners and issuance of service confirmation letters.
* Support in organising training and development activities.
* Support in establishing and maintaining a well-run Annual Performance Management System.
* Support in organising Team Building and Social activities.
* Other HR administrative support.
