Senior facilities procurement manager (m/f/d)

• €80, 000 - €100, 000 base salary + 25% bonus + additional benefits
• Languages: Fluent English & German mandatory
• Office Presence: 2-3 days in office per week

We are partnered with a global market leading hospitality company that is searching for a Senior Facilities Procurement Manager to join their team in Hamburg The successful candidate would be responsible for both hard and soft FM categories across multiple sites in Northern Europe. This role works closely with the Procurement Lead, site operations, engineering, finance, and other cross-functional teams to ensure seamless supply chain performance, strong supplier partnerships, and effective delivery of commercial value for both the client and the business.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the European regional category managers in implementing procurement strategies aligned with facilities management and real estate.
• Develop and maintain client Procurement Plans in collaboration with operations teams.
• Ensure high compliance with supplier service contracts and company procurement policies.
• Manage supplier relationships, resolve service issues, and maintain continuity of critical operations.
• Drive cost savings, cost avoidance, and value creation through strategic sourcing and negotiations
• Monitor supplier performance, conduct assessments, and maintain documentation compliance
• Provide regular procurement reporting, including KPIs, savings, sourcing activity, and supplier performance updates.
• Support annual maintenance planning with suppliers and operational teams.
• Mitigate supply chain risks and ensure responsible procurement practices.
• Represent procurement in client meetings and act as deputy for the Procurement Lead when required.

Experience Required:

• 10+ years of facilities management & real estate procurement experience, covering both hard & soft categories
• Fluent English & German language mandatory.
• Strong experience working with global suppliers and developing relationships across the EMEA regions
• Experience working with ERP systems and supply chain software
