Global Marketing Manager NGP (m/f/d)
The Global Marketing Manager NGP develops toolboxes for brand communication, activation, and design for Next Generation Products and coordinates deployment in close collaboration with the markets. Lead cross-market activation projects
Develop POSM and merchandising concepts and toolkits
Support markets and export partners during local roll-out
7+ years’ experience in brand management, activation, trade marketing, or creative marketing
~ Exposure to international environments including export-driven markets
~ Fluent English is mandatory, French or any other international language will be considered a strong advantage
~ Strong expertise in brand activation, campaign development and trade marketing, including POSM, merchandising concepts and launch/event management
~ Solid project management and PMO capabilities, with a structured, organized approach and strong attention to detail
~ Effective stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority and collaborate across functions and cultures
~ Creative yet pragmatic mindset, combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution in international and fast-paced environments
