Professional Marketing Lead (m/w/d)
This position reports into Head of CE Hub Marketing and is based in Neuss, Germany.
CE Professional Marketing Lead will be the strategic owner of Professional Marketing for Central Europe, responsible for defining, developing and deploying scientific and professional marketing content that enables strong professional plans across the cluster.
The role will connect global professional strategy with local CE market activations, ensuring CE has strong, consistent and impactful professional marketing plans.
Define and own the CE Professional Marketing strategy fully aligned with Global Professional and CE business priorities
Translate the global professional strategies into a coherent CE professional roadmap
Act as thought leader for CE, shaping Professional direction, priorities & investment choices
Scientific content excellence & digital innovation:
~ With their team, lead the development of scientific, educational and professional content
Ensure content is scalable and deployable across multiple CE markets
Lead Digital evolution/innovation with HCPs: mapping of new technologies and models for HCPs engagement and standup the new Professional Omnichannel Academy+ Platform
Local market activation support:
Partner closely with local CE markets to support priority launches and initiatives and enable strong local execution
Connection, strategy and interface with Hub Marketing team, local Medical Affairs and Regional/ Global R&D, and BDTs
Lead and develop the CE Professional Marketing team
Budget ownership and resource management
Own and manage the CE Professional Marketing budget
Drive strong ROI discipline across content development and deployment
Minimum 7 years of experience in operational and strategic marketing in FMCG, ideally in personal care/hygiene or OTC
Proficient management of operational and organizational complexity (e.g. in a matrix organization)
Experience in talent development, leading direct reports and international/cross-functional teams
Strong communication and conflict management skills
International working experience and sales experience is preferable
Fluent in English and German
