* Position: Business Development Manager

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Building and maintaining relationships with clients
* Identifying new business opportunities
* Negotiating and closing deals
* Achieving sales targets
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams
* Conduct market research
* Provide insights to enhance our competitive position.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Excellent sales and negotiation skills
* Fluent in Farsi dialect (C1) and English (C1)
* Proven Portfolio of active FX clients with ability to rapidly expand the network
* Proven track record in business development and meeting sales targets
* Strong understanding of financial markets and CFD trading
* Ability to cultivate and maintain client relationships
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Self-motivated and target-driven
* Ability to work independently and remotely
* Proven experience within Forex (3-4 years and own active portfolio of clients)
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
