The Opportunity :
Inviting applications for Senior Manager, Applied Advisory role.
The Role :
Your responsibilities in this role include delivering transformation projects for key clients through Advisory, Data, Tech, Ai and Consultative capabilities utilizing Genpact’s industry leading methodologies. Our Applied Advisory team is the client-facing tip of the spear for Genpact’s overall Consulting practice, working directly with clients to create value every day.
Key Responsibilities :
* Consulting Delivery - manage complex consulting delivery projects and initiatives. Apply your expertise to guide clients through transformation and become a trusted advisor.
* Define, evaluate and validate requirements, business functional design, and technical design for complex business issues within the domain area.
* Analyze and develop solutions for business operating models, processes and systems while identifying the impact of those solutions to ensure competitiveness, quality, cost effectiveness, timeliness, and customer service - including the resolution of large, complex data and AI system solutions.
* Provide operating models, processes and systems analysis expertise and regularly consider the business implications of the application of technology to the current business environment.
* Ensure efficiency of reporting and data tools for the client.
* Serve as a point of contact for business testing activities; ensure testing strategies are aligned for success.
* Thought Leadership - Contribute insights on emerging methodologies to advance our team’s capabilities and delivery excellence.
* Business Development - Utilize your domain knowledge to support new offers, sales pursuits, proposals, and presentations for new or growing business.
Required Skills :
* Proactive and independent worker with a team mindset, collaborates well with others, and thrives in an ever-changing environment
* Strong facilitation skills that include workgroup leadership and problem resolution across multiple groups
* Excellent analytical, strategic and problem-solving skills and communicate precisely on top management level, including ability to interpret and present quantitative data
* Experience working effectively in team environments
* Project management experience, exposure to Agile / Scrum methodologies are an advantage
* Experience with collaboration and facilitation techniques
* Emerging understanding of digital and analytical trends within the industry
* Experience independently delivering work products and ability to create structure in ambiguity
* Demonstrable presentation skills – in person and in virtual environments
* Keeping the overview, while focusing on accuracy and attention to detail.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office – Excel, PowerPoint, Word
Qualifications :

* Experience delivering consulting or transformation work in a client-centric setting
* University master’s degree in LS related fields (PhD appreciated) : natural sciences, biotechnology eng., manuf. automation technology, LS data sciences
* Ability to consult in the pharmaceutical manufacturing space : CMC, Process Development, API, Biotechnology, Formulation, Primary Packeting / Fill, Secondary Packaging / Finish, Quality Control
* Pharma industry experience appreciated : Process development, Manufacturing, Quality Control
* Understanding of GxP and GAMP
Ideal Qualification for ~ LS Medical Data Domain
* Experience delivering on consulting or transformation work in a client-centric setting
* University master’s degree in LS related fields (PhD appreciated) : natural sciences, medical, LS data sciences
* Ability to consult in the pharmaceutical value creation space on the How : research, pre-clinical, clinical, regulatory, medical affairs
* Pharma industry experience appreciated : LS R&D, regulatory, medical affairs, market access
* Understanding of GxP
Ideal Qualification for ~ Commercial Data Domain
* Experience delivering consulting or transformation work in a client-centric setting
* University master’s degree in LS commercial related fields : Marketing, customer analytics, data science, customer / user experience
* Ability to consult in the pharmaceutical commercial data space : Commercial excellence, sales excellence, omnichannel management, launch excellence, HCP and patient engagement, sales forecasting, commercial data management
* Pharma industry experience appreciated : commercial strategy or excellence, HCP Engagement, content creation, omnichannel, product USP and marketing
* Understanding of GDPR and privacy rules

The approximate annual base compensation range for this position is €120K - €150K. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package plus benefits, will be determined by a number of factors which include but are not limited to the applicant’s experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities; geographic location; and internal equity
