ServiceNow Platform Architect – German Fiber Telco

Our client, a Digital Transformation consulting company, are hiring a ServiceNow Platform Architect & Platform Owner to join the team in Bavaria, Germany on a contract basis until the end of June. The successful candidate will drive the strategy, architecture and operational management of the ServiceNow platform within a fiber telecommunications provider’s OSS (Operations Support Systems) landscape.
Responsibilities
* Own and evolve the ServiceNow platform roadmap and target architecture.
* Define and enforce platform architecture, development and integration standards.
* Lead integrations and automations across core OSS processes (Assurance, Fulfillment, Rollout.
* Manage releases, environments and CI/CD pipelines.
* Ensure platform governance, security, performance and operational stability.
Skillset
* Deep ServiceNow architecture experience including modules, data models, security, CI/CD and integrations.
* Hands-on development skills (JavaScript, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, ATF).
* Telecommunications / OSS experience.
* Knowledge of OMT, TNI, FSM or other scalable OSS systems is highly desirable.
