PLANT QUALITY / HSE MANAGER (m/f/d)
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Ensuring and implementing quality objectives as well as continuously improving the QM system
2. Responsibility for occupational safety, health, and environmental protection processes within the company
3. Compliance with national and international standards, guidelines, and laws
4. Collaboration with the occupational safety specialist (FASI) and plant management on safety measures, risk assessments, and reporting to HSE management
5. Planning, execution, and evaluation of internal and external audits, including improvement measures
6. Technical leadership of employees in the quality management department
7. Ensuring the quality of goods and services as well as handling complaints and non-conformities
8. Organization and execution of internal and external trainings, as well as supporting annual ISO 9001 audits
YOUR PROFILE
9. Completed degree in business administration, engineering, or a comparable qualification
10. Additional qualification in quality management (QMB) and experience in HSE management desirable
11. Solid knowledge of DIN EN ISO 9001
12. Confident use of MS Office and SAP
13. Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
14. Strong communication skills and assertiveness
15. Resilience as well as an independent, deadline-oriented, and solution-focused way of working

25. Sicherstellung und Umsetzung der Qualitätsziele sowie kontinuierliche Optimierung des QM-Systems
26. Verantwortung für Arbeitssicherheit, Gesundheits- und Umweltschutzprozesse im Unternehmen
27. Einhaltung nationaler und internationaler Normen, Richtlinien und Gesetze
28. Zusammenarbeit mit FASI und Werksleitung bei Arbeitsschutzmaßnahmen, Gefährdungsbeurteilungen und Reporting an das HSE-Management

30. Fachliche Führung der Mitarbeiter im Bereich Qualitätsmanagement
31. Sicherstellung der Qualität von Waren und Dienstleistungen sowie Bearbeitung von Reklamationen und Abweichungen
32. Organisation und Durchführung von internen/externalen Schulungen sowie Unterstützung der jährlichen ISO-9001-Audits
IHR PROFIL
33. Abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschafts- oder Ingenieurwissenschaften oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
34. Zusatzqualifikation im Qualitätsmanagement (QMB) sowie Erfahrung im HSE-Management wünschenswert
35. Fundierte Kenntnisse der DIN EN ISO 9001
36. Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und SAP
37. Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
38. Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Durchsetzungsvermögen
