* Creative Vision & Strategy : Lead the Creative Solutions team in leveraging AI-driven innovation to produce high-quality, visually stunning content that captivates audiences and enhances the brand message.
* Content Production & Management : Oversee the entire content production lifecycle, from concept development to final delivery, ensuring all creative outputs meet the highest standards of quality and creativity.
* Brand Development : Act as a brand guardian, ensuring consistency in visual and audio branding across all platforms. Ensure all creative assets align with the company’s identity and values.
* Innovation & Trends : Stay at the forefront of industry trends and emerging technologies in design, multimedia, and storytelling. Integrate innovative approaches and tools to enhance the creative process and outcomes.
* Collaboration & Communication : Collaborate closely with other Creative & Publishing Hub sub-teams to ensure cohesive and integrated creative solutions. Provide creative consultation and guidance to Business Partners and the Digital Marketing CoE. Ensure a close collaboration with all other functions such as Brand and Marketing & Sales Technology.
* Performance Measurement : Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for creative outputs. Analyze and report on the effectiveness and impact of creative projects, using data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve results.
* Team Leadership & Development : Build, inspire, and lead a high-performing international creative team. Foster a collaborative, innovative, and inclusive culture that encourages professional growth and excellence.

Qualifikationen
* University degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Marketing, or a related field.
* At least 5 years of experience in a creative environment.
* Experience in using AI to create efficiency and scalability.
* Proven track record of successful creative leadership and execution in diverse media, including print, digital, video, and audio.
* Functional experience in leadership roles is of advantage.
* Strong understanding of design principles, multimedia production processes, and brand management.
* Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire creativity and innovation.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
* Strong project management abilities, with a focus on efficiency and detail orientation.
* Familiarity with the latest design software, tools, and technologies.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
* Business fluent in English.
