This role will oversee multiple teams of HVAC systems engineers and application engineers located in North America, China, and Europe.The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and scaling systems engineering capabilities, enhancing our approach to testing & development, fostering innovation, and ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives.We're looking for an exceptional engineering leader and transformation specialist with a strong track record in building and scaling high-performing engineering teams, while successfully introducing new capabilities across organisations.
