What you’ll do Develop, implement, and maintain the IT Quality Management System (QMS) for Knauf IT, ensuring alignment with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and organisational objectives Drive continuous improvement in IT processes by analysing quality performance metrics, conducting maturity assessments, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing corrective and preventive actions Collaborate with IT teams and stakeholders to establish and enforce quality standards for IT services, fostering a culture of quality awareness and accountability Evaluate IT quality controls and compliance measures using frameworks like COBIT, ensuring adherence to internal policies, external regulations, and contractual obligations, while providing actionable recommendations for improvement Support the implementation and maintenance of ISO certifications, such as ISO 9001 (Quality Management) and ISO 27001 (Information Security Management) Who you are Hold a degree in Business Studies, Computer Science, or a related field, supported by relevant work experience Possess strong knowledge of Control Objectives for Information and Related Technologies (COBIT) and experience in developing and maintaining IT Quality Management Systems (QMS) Familiar with IT industry standards such as ISO 9001 and ISO 27001, with experience in supporting certification processes and continuous improvement initiatives Demonstrate strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to interpret performance metrics, conduct evaluations, and implement effective corrective actions Skilled in collaborating with cross‑functional teams, engaging stakeholders, and driving alignment and accountability in quality management practices, with excellent communication skills and proficiency in English and German What we offer you We all shape our lives individually.
