About the Job
As a Global People and Culture Manager, you will play a central role in the strategic development of our global People and Culture organization.
You will be responsible for connecting HR data with financial thinking, contributing to strategic decision-making, process optimization, and transparency.
* HR Controlling & Reporting: You will be responsible for global HR reporting, including headcount, cost, and FTE analyses across countries and companies.
* Planning & Forecasting: You will support personnel capacity planning as part of the company's planning process (budget, forecasts, scenarios, deviation analyses).
* Kennzahlen & KPI Management: You will develop and further develop global HR key figures and dashboards for performance measurement (e.g., fluctuation, productivity, costs per FTE).
* Datenmanagement: You will work closely with the People and Culture team to ensure data quality in Workday and relevant interfaces to SAP S/4HANA (FI/CO).
* Standardisierung & Prozesse: You will contribute to the development of global HR controlling processes and standardize data and reporting structures within the global organization.
* Geschäftsbetreuung: You will serve as a sparring partner for the Chief Group People and Culture Officer, Finance, and Group Controlling on all matters related to personnel numbers, HR strategies, and structural costs.
* Projektmitarbeit: You will actively participate in group-wide initiatives such as HR digitalization, job architecture, workforce planning, and KPI systems.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have:
* A degree in finance, controlling, business informatics, or human resources management.
* Multiple years of experience in controlling, preferably with a focus on HR, personnel expenses, or workforce planning.
* Ideal experience in an international company or matrix organization.
* Excellent knowledge of Workday (in particular, reporting, analytics, position management).
* Fundamental experience with SAP S/4HANA (FI/CO) and Excel (Power Query, Pivot), BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
* A high level of independence, structured, accurate, and reliable work style.
* Excellent communication skills and teamwork ability.
* Very good German and English language skills in writing and speaking.
