Responsibilities / Tasks
1. Develop training programs for specific divisions
2. Drive digital learning strategy and transformation
3. Manage projects and stakeholders related to learning initiatives
4. Create and maintain learning materials and products
5. Assist country and regional managers with implementing training programs
6. Design effective learning solutions for different target groups, aligned with company goals and GEA Academy standards
7. Analyze and improve learning processes to ensure they meet organizational needs
Your Profile / Qualifications
8. Bachelor degree or equivalent with professional background in training (Business, Human Resource, Education, Psychology)
9. Several years of experience in relevant function (Product & Service Training, HR, Business Education/Development)
10. Familiarity with learning management platforms and practices
11. Agricultural touchpoints are an advantage
12. Excellent communication skills in dealing with international and interdisciplinary teams
13. Determination, a structured way of working and willingness to take responsibility
14. Experience in project management
15. Curiosity, open-minded, ability to learn and enthusiasm
16. Very good knowledge of English language. Additional language is a benefit
