* Execution of maintenance and service assignments on engines and turbochargers in stationary and/or marine applications
* Processing of claims, trouble shooting and warranty handling
* Coordination of commissioning and service work with project managers, sales and customers
* Analyse faults and suggest technical solutions to problems
* Warranty claim handling including root cause analysis and determination of damage/repair
* Customer support in technical matters as required
* Management of complex field service activities according to PrimeServ policies, processes & guidelines
* Active cooperation in daily business of the Technical Service
You can help us with these qualifications
* Graduate Engineer (Marine or Mechanical Engineering) or similar qualification
* Several years of experience in dealing with large four-stroke diesel engines and turbocharger
* Intercultural competence
* Good knowledge of standard MS Office application and SAP
* Motivated and reliable working behavior
* Communicative ability, self-organization, assertiveness, negotiating skills
* Fluent English skills
* Willingness to travel worldwide
