We are seeking a diligent Business Lending Operations professional to join our team in Luxembourg.
Job Description
* As a trainee in our Business Lending Operations team, you will have the opportunity to gain knowledge about our business lending operational processes while assisting with production tasks.
* You will interact with various stakeholders including internal teams such as Front Office and Credit Risk Management, as well as external entities like ING Group and Notary's Office.
Your Mission
1. Take charge of the operational management of credit files.
2. The tasks associated with your mission will evolve according to your learning ability and may include:
3. Mail processing;
4. Preparing files for submission to the team of analysts;
5. Drafting contracts and related annexes;
6. Setting up credit;
7. Processing of various requests;
8. Tracking and handling of pending tasks.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
* A previous experience in a lending area will be considered an asset.
* Administrative rigour, attention to detail and excellent tasks organisation.
* Strong judgment skills.
* Analytical skills.
* Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
* High motivation to learn.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* French and English are mandatory.
