This positionwill aid internal & external customers when facing a technical question or challenge. The objective of the Technical Support Rep is to understand the question or issue, discover all the answers and options available then suggest the best answer or resolution that ultimately ensures the customer’s needs have been met. Customers include both internal sales and external customers and businesses. The Technical Support Rep will also assist with various department projects improving department efficiency and effectiveness.
What you’ll do:

1. Represent and perpetuate HydraFacial’s customer service values.
2. Promptly respond to incoming customer inquiries by phone, via chat or video call, Zoom etc.
3. Complete and accurate data entry and documentation of customer interaction.
4. Follow up on customer inquiries and document response.
5. Support other internal operational teams and complete department projects.
6. Provide feedback and participate in procedure/process improvements.
7. Complete and process various orders and requests.
8. Support field service engineers where applicable with administrative support.
9. Other duties as assigned.
What you need to know:
Experience/Skills/Education
Required:
10. High School Diploma/equivalent or technical certifications.
11. Previous experience in technical support, customer service or callcenter.
12. Familiar with computer systems/software, Word, Excel, CRM, etc.
13. Flexible working approach needed. Office, repair center and home based.
14. Customer service experience, preferably in a technical/computer related field.
15. Ability/experience in troubleshooting, problem solving, instructing and educating customers on product use.
16. Excellent organization and follow up skills, ability to prioritize and multitask.
17. Driven and motivated to help others, support coworkers, be a team player & enhance morale.
18. Meticulous, detail oriented and strive to minimize mistakes and duplication.
19. Ability to learn, discover answers, retain new information and share the knowledge.
20. Ability to identify with customers and build rapport.
21. Ability to maintain a positive & professionaldemeanor, exercise good judgment at all times.
22. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
23. Self-starter and motivated to excel at work.
24. Fluency inEnglishand in German a must.
Desired:
25. Beauty or aesthetics industry experience.
26. Other language skills.
