Position Overview
Can you be the driver in financial partnership, planning & analysis? Swedoor / JELD-WEN Denmark offers you the opportunity to set direction and lead transformation. We are seeking a strategic financial leader to join us as the Head of FP&A, Denmark.
Your Role
As Head of FP&A, Denmark, you will play a key role in driving transformation and financial excellence within our Danish operations. This role is vital for advancing commercial and operational initiatives and serving as a key Finance Business Partner to the country leadership team. Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and present performance reports, budgets, and forecasts.
* Translate complex data into actionable insights aligned with business strategies.
* Drive process improvements and develop a high-performing FP&A team.
* Ensure compliance with financial standards, including US GAAP and local GAAP.
* Collaborate with the Head of Accounting to ensure accurate accounting practices backed by financial analysis.

* Experience in a multicultural, manufacturing environment across multiple countries.
* Strong financial acumen and effective communication skills with stakeholders.
* Proven leadership in mentoring teams and managing relationships.
