Job Title: Facility Support Associate
As a key member of our facilities team, the successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional support in various aspects.
* Meeting Room Management: Coordinate with clients to manage meeting rooms efficiently, ensuring seamless service delivery.
* Management Meeting Support: Assist organizers in preparing and conducting meetings on-site, fostering effective communication.
* Event Participation: Engage actively with event organizers to prepare and execute events within the premises.
* Beverage Request Files: Manage beverage request files in collaboration with cost centers, assistants, or other requesters.
* Room Maintenance: Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of management meeting rooms, coffee corners, and kitchenettes.
* Mail Distribution: Distribute mail according to the internal post office schedule, maintaining timely and efficient services.
* Supply Chain Management: Oversee buffer stocks and perform minor interventions on multi-function printers, ensuring optimal performance.
* Office Signage: Update office signage promptly when changes occur.
* Emergency Response: Participate actively in staff safety and apply first aid procedures as needed, and assist in emergency evacuations.
Requirements:
We are seeking an individual with the following qualifications:
* High School Diploma or equivalent education.
* 2-3 years of experience in an office environment.
* Fluent English and French language skills (at least C1 level), with additional languages like Luxembourgish and German being advantageous.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
* Stress resilience, open-mindedness, and strong teamwork orientation.
* Proficiency in Windows applications.
