To strengthen our IT department, we are looking for you as: IN-HOUSE SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR (m/f/d) Focus on Microsoft Business Central (BC365) Melle Full-time Permanent Responsibilities Your New Responsibilities Administration and optimization of our internal IT environment Design, implementation, and further development of Business Central solutions Planning and support for regular updates, including test coordination for Business Central Collaboration on the implementation of digital processes, e.g., expense reporting and electronic invoicing Analysis and optimization of Office and BC collaboration Analysis of AI potential in conjunction with BC, including cost-benefit analysis Consulting, support, and training for our users in the Microsoft ecosystem and in the use of hardware and software Planning and management of IT projects, as well as collaboration with key users and external service providers Job Requirements What You Bring to the Table Experience in IT administration, network technology, IT security, Windows Server, and cloud services (e.g., Microsoft 365) Experience in Business Central development (AL) is a plus Analytical, structured approach to work and a passion for designing solutions Business acumen High degree of personal responsibility, strong communication skills, and reliability Motivation to actively further develop processes in a modern ERP system Perks & Benefits Our benefits for you Permanent employment contract 30 days of vacation Ample creative freedom and varied responsibilities Intensive onboarding and active support from the team Flat hierarchies and quick decision-making processes A friendly work environment in a healthy, medium-sized company Flexible work arrangements and remote work options Bike leasing, Edenred gift card (tax-free benefit), company events Application & Contact Contact Have we piqued your interest?
